We have an excellent track record in delivering new buildings, either for lease-back, owner occupation or investment, and can offer flexibility for our clients.
We primarily work with GPs but, over the years, have delivered buildings for local authorities, community trusts, hospitals, dentists, nurseries, veterinary surgeries and pharmacies.
Refurbishment & Extension
Moving to new premises is not always a viable option, due to funding or location constraints. Extending and refurbishing existing premises may also be the most economically viable approach.
We have delivered numerous projects over the years and understand the unique challenge that refurbishing and extending an operational building presents.
Business Cases & Project Feasibility
In delivering turnkey solutions we also study and demonstrate viability as well as drafting business cases for approval.
We have an excellent track record, particularly in achieving NHS funding for projects. This includes through the Primary Care Transformation Fund where, with our help, Practices achieved a 100% success rate in securing funding.
Estate Strategy & Rationalisation
Working with NHS and Locally Authority clients has given us a unique insight into the drivers required to create effective strategies. Many of our projects have also been developed for multiple providers.
Creating effective strategies begins with a detailed understanding of each stakeholder’s requirements. These are balanced against the wider strategic view, and the critical constraints to delivery including funding.
