Project Description
We worked closely with the Practice to help them to extend and refurbish their existing building which is located in a sensitive conservation area. A critical part of the design was the glass link which enabled us to build a modern, fit for purpose extension, providing the space that the GPs needed and integrating sympathetically with the existing building.
We negotiated with the NHS on behalf of the Practice to secure financial support for the scheme, and completed the design and planning processes before building the extension, glass link and refurbishing the existing building.
We also helped the Practice to re-negotiate their lease with an existing tenant.
