Project Description
Our subsidiary company, New Paradigm Investments LDA is currently developing two sites covering 47 acres of mixed use development in the Algarve region of Portgual. A key part of the main development features a new medical centre which in turn will support an assisting living complex and provide services to the local community.
New Paradigm is working closely with the Portuguese authorities and tourist board who are keen to promote healthcare tourism. Medcentres is providing specialist advice on the healthcare aspects of the development using our experience of projects in the UK.
The buildings are being designed in conjunction with an awarding winning Portuguese Architect, Mario Martins with support from our UK design team.
